Cattany <br />Division Director <br />NaN21 Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) has <br />received a request for a Formal Public Hearing from Basin Resources, Inc. regarding the <br />DBMS Proposed Decision to Increase the Bond for the Basin Resources, Inc., Golden <br />Eagle Mine, Permit No. C-1981-013. The Proposed Decision was issued by the DBMS <br />by letter dated Mazch 21, 2007.
