It is also understood by Lafarge that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (DBMS) has in its files a letter from Mr. Mazk Davis of the SLB formally requesting this. <br />It is also understood that the DBMS has agreed to this request. Lafarge North America concurs <br />with the request and its approval. Lafarge requests a TR be granted and entered into the permit's <br />file reflecting this change to the reclamation requirements for this site. <br />Owner Information: <br />The property is owned by the Colorado State Land Board.
