Refers to diversion south 4.09.2(7), 4.05.4, <br /> side of RDA 2/3 and diversion north side of RDA 4. 4.05.3(1), 4.05.3(7) <br />C-93-155 Failure to pass disturbed area runoff through a sediment 4.05.2(1) 8 <br /> pond or to demonstrate that disturbed area runoff does 4.05.2(3) <br /> not require treatment to meet applicable effluent limits. <br />C-93-156 Failure to compact coal refuse to 90% of maximum dry 4.10.4(3)(b) <br /> density and to determine if lifts of refuse had been <br /> compacted to 90°,6 of maximum dry density. <br />C-93-157 Failure to have impoundments certified by a professional C-05.9(10) 8e <br /> engineer and inspected on a quarterly basis.
