Exhibit C: Please find 2 copies of the enlarged maps. <br />2. Exhibit D: <br />The permit area, including the improved access road, is 930 acres. Please find the <br />modified page of the application permit with the increased permit acreage. <br />Please find the enclosed notarized intent not to reclaim the 3 mile access road <br />servicing the ridge. <br />The applicant understands it is Ranch Land LLC's responsibility to submit a <br />technical revision in a timely fashion to communicate the sequence of mining <br />phases subsequent to the current Phase 6. <br />The operator will install a weigh scale and refueling tank on location. The current <br />location of both structures is within the northeast comer of Phase 4 at the top of <br />the ridge as the access road turns eastward. This location may change with <br />progression of mining and will be communicated in annual reports and technical <br />revisions. <br />Please refer to the enclosed correspondence from Pioneer Sand regarding the spill <br />control structure for the fuel tank. <br />3. Exhibit F: Please find 2 copies of the enclosed reclamation map drawn to requested <br />scale and with projected contours. <br />4. Exhibit L: The reclamation bond will include bonding for an additional SO acres <br />containing the scale house, access road, fuel tank, erroneously mined area and <br />stockpiles.
