This Order <br />constitutes a separate Cessation Order for each condition, practice, or violation listed. <br />In accordance with Section 34-33-123 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, you are ordered to <br />CEASE IMMEDIATELY the operations described in the attached schedule and to perform the affirmative <br />obligations (if applicable) described in the attached schedule within the designated time for abatement. Reclamation <br />operations not directly the subject of this Order shall continue while this Order is in effect. <br />You are responsible for doing all work in a safe manner in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. <br />The undersigned fords that cessation of mining is _ is not X expressly, or in practical effect, required by this <br />Notice. For this purpose, "mining" means extracting coal from the earth or from a waste pile and transporting it <br />within or from the mine site, <br />This Order shall remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has been abated, or until it is modified, <br />terminated or vacated in writing by an authorized representative of the Division, or by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
