The next Board meeting will
take place on December 16 and 17, 1992.
The hearing was continued to the December Board meeting to allow
Brannan Sand and Gravel Company adequate time to complete the
technical revision process, to accomplish some reclamation on site
and to complete removal of the broken asphalt. The continuance
also will allow Division of Minerals and Geology inspectors to
complete an inspection of the site to assure that corrective
actions have been accomplished.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Carl B.
