Czttany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On April 3, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Division on March 27, 2006, addressing the following: <br />Construction of a boundary marker 5 feet beyond the temporary tee-post/single strand wire fence currently <br />delineating the perimeter of the cemetery, along with a commitment to mine at no more than a 2H:1V gradient <br />from the edge of the new boundary to the pit floor. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000- <br />053.
