On December 16, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology decided to approve the Transfer of Permit and
Succession of Operator application submitted to the Division on October 14, 2004, addressing the following:
Transfer of Permit No. M-2001-046 from Owens Brothers Concrete Company to Ready Mixed Concrete
Company.
On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond
prior to approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be
$327,632.00. Please submit a financial warranty in the amourd of $327,632.00 and a Performance Warranty within the
next 60 days.
~'he transfer of Permit No. M-2001-046 will NOT be final until the bond and performance warranty are
approved by the Division.
