The information is in response to the November 18, 2003 letter from Ms. Barbara <br />Chiappone. <br />The property included in the acreage release request is owned by: <br />Mr. Robert L. Baumgartner <br />989 Hwy 85 <br />Brighton, CO 80601 <br />(303) 659-4190 <br />Additionally, please find enclosed a second copy of the original material submitted. We have <br />also included a copy of the Weld County Zoning Map that includes the property in the release <br />request. The zoning map shows the property to contain a combination of A (agricultural) and I-2 <br />and I-3 (industrial) zoning.
