Mr. Nauta appeared before your Board meeting in August, <br />1985 and has not proceeded with any mining operations since the <br />August 8th site inspection. He has retained Tuttle, Applegate, <br />Rindahl Inc. since that Boacd meeting and we are in the process <br />of preparing Mined Land Reclamation permit applications for the <br />projects referenced. We anticipate submitting these applications <br />in September, well before the October 23, 1985 deadline. <br />Heidi Hirsh and David Berry will be processing these permit <br />applications. Please be assured that Mr. Nauta is working dili- <br />gently toward obtaining permits for these operations. <br />If you have any questions or would like additional informa- <br />tion, please contact our office.
