Banta, <br />Division Director <br />RE: Revision Approval, M 8 M Mining Company, The Snowstorm Placer, <br />Permit No. M-83-084, Revision No. Ald-02 <br />Dear Ms. Comer-Baker: <br />On March 27, 1991 the Colorado 14ined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />amendment application submitted to the Division on February 6, 1991, <br />addressing the dtange to the existing reclamation plans to allow for the <br />2.1-acre floating pit to be regraded to 3H:1V slopes instead of completely <br />back filled. <br />The Board increased the financial warranty from 560,000.00 to 569,350.00. <br />The 59,350.00 increase shall be submitted to the Division by April 29, 1991. <br />The terms of the revision approved by the Board are hereby incorporated <br />into Permit No. M-83-084.
