An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on March 14, <br />2000. In attendance at the conference was Ms. Christine Johnston, <br />Mr. Larry Routten and Mr. James Burnell. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement <br />Agreement within ten (10) days as'instructed on the form. If you <br />disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
