Keffeiew, Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Fremont Paving & Redi-Mix Pit, M-1988-093 <br />~m-o <br />REC~t VE® <br />OCT 13 yppy <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />This office has recently received (9/28/04) two notices regarding the above named gravel pit. <br />The notices are in regard to a boundary change, "land swap" of adding an area of 50' x 425' on <br />the north side and the release of a similar acreage on the south side of the permitted area. <br />I have made a site visit to this pit location. This office does not see any problem with the <br />proposed "land swap" and proposed reclaimed land use to rangeland. The .47 ac. (50' x 425') <br />parcel on the north side has been smoothed but does not appear to have yet been re-seeded, <br />as of 10/4/04.
