Colorado 81506 <br />Somerset Mine, C-91-022, Extension for Abatement of NOV C-91-013, and Extension <br />of Decision Deadline for TR-08 <br />Dear Jim: <br />Enclosed in an extension to the abatement of NOV C-91-013. This violation was <br />issued to the Somerset Kline August 4, 1991 and the abatement was set for October <br />11, 1991. The Abatement Date has been extended to November 3, 1991. This <br />extension will allow time for issues to be resolved during the October Hoard Hearing. <br />Coal hauling activities may continue until the extension date.
