An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division's Grand Junction Office on October 11, 1996. Attending <br />the conference were yourself and Richard Reisinger representing <br />Powderhorn Coal Company, Dan Mathews representing the Division, and <br />myself as Conference Officer. <br />If you agree with the penalty, please sign the settlement agreement <br />within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you disagree <br />with the settlement agreement, do not sign it.
