3/20/92 COM, Inc. submits a petition for permit modification (amendment)
signed by Mr. Munn, COM, Inc. attorney. Later withdrawn.
3/24/92 COM, Inc. submits a response to the four possible violations and
correction to Division's "Synopsis of Events."
3/25/92 Gold Hill Ventures submits a series of documents regarding the four
possible violations which discuss the nature and reasons for the
possible violations.
3/26/92 Division receives a copy of a document from COM, Inc. entitled
"Response and Submission to Boulder County Land Use Department with
Respect to Permitting the Mill."
3/27/92 Notice of Violation No. M-92-021 issued to the co-permittees for
processing ore in the mill from properties not owned by Gold Hill
Ventures.
4/02/92 Division informed Mr. Tatman that all technical revisions must be
requested in writing. There are no verbal approvals made by the
Division.
4/03/92 Letter from Division director to co-permittees urging compliance
with the provisions of the permit.
4/03/92 Letter to Division from Mrs. Fraser stated that no ore was
processed at the mill since February 29, 1992.
4/07/92 Pre-Board mailings concerning two of the remaining three possible
violations completed. Copies sent to co-permittees.
4/07/92 Division met with Mr. Tatman and Mr. Yeager concerning filing of an
amendment to the permit. Submit*.ed amendment to the Division
signed by Mrs. Fraser only. Amendment proposed to: (1) split the
permit, (2) process ore owned by COM, Inc. at the mill, and
(3> implement the permitted water pump?ng and utilization scheme.
4/07/92 COM, Inc. submitted an uns`gned ame^:ment application. Later
withdrawn.
