Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine (C-84-065)
Please approve the extension of the abatement for the above
referenced NOV. The final abatement step cannot be completed at
this time because of the snow cover and mud conditions at the Coal
Ridge No. 1 Mine. According to rule 5.03.2(2)(c)(iv), an extension
of the time for abatement can be granted if climatic conditions
preclude abatement within 90 days.
