A part of the NOV required that existing drainage control <br /> be improved on the portal bench. I have enclosed a map and design details <br /> for a ditch which will allow runoff from the portal bench to drain into the <br /> existing access road drainage ditch which in turn flows into Sedimentation <br /> Pond MB-2. I trust these design details satisfy your concerns with respect <br /> to this drainage ditch.
