Our records show a substitute water supply plan was last approved on
January 22, 1993 and was valid through December 1, 1993. On January 21, 2003, this office received a request
from the City of Fort Collins to renew this substitute water supply plan. The request also included the required
$217 fee. This office requested additional information from the City of Fort Collins regarding the renewal request
and the City of Fort Collins responded with supplemental information on April 2, 2003. Based on a preliminary
review of the information provided, it appears that this office has sufficient information at this time to continue
processing the renewal request.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Jeff Deatherage
Water Resource Engineer
/JD
cc: Dave Nettles, Assistant Division Engineer, Division
Fraser Walsh, TST ,Inc.
Susan Smolnick, City of Fort Collins Utilities
