Proof of publication and return receipts for neighboring land owner notices were completed in January, 2006. However, the inclusion of Forest Service Road 228 into the proposed affected land boundaries has prompted a re-publication as well as re-filing of notices to those property owners within 200 of tbe min site affected lands and additional land owners bordering FS Road 228 and the Lilly Mill Site(Staging Area) A proof of publication of public notice circulated in a local newspaper, and all owners of record of surface and mineral lands, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the newly proposed affected lands will be sent to your attention as soon as the return receipts are available. 2. All maps submitted to DMG will be signed by a qualified individual. 3. Colorado Marble, LLC, the original name listed as peffiit holder, has the necessary succession of operator paperwork for name change to Colorado Mazble, Inc., including surety bonding criteria, that will be sent directly to DMG offices from corporate offices in Cartersville, Georgia 4. The amended affected land boundazy map included in this maili~ will show all significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures including roads, ditches, pipelenes, gas lines, gas wells, utility lines, water wells and historic mining stnrctures adjacent to the mining area, roadway, and stagier area.
