The follow information comprises Maverick Sand & Gravel's application for a partial bond release for its
Allen Pit, Permit No. M-2002-49.
1. No land has been disturbed at the Allen Pit.
2. Therefore, no reclamation has been performed to date and no reclamation was pertormed during
the preceding year.
3. No disturbance is anticipated to occur during the upcoming year, therefore no reclamation will be
pertormed during the upcoming year.
4. Since there are no plans to open the Allen Pit in the foreseeable future, Maverick Sand & Gravel
hereby requests that a potion of its $71,075 reclamation bond be released to reduce the financial
burden on the property.
5. The basis for calculating the residual bond is to allow for the disturbance and reclamation of two
of the maximum 15 acre pit as follows:
