No land has been disturbed at the Allen Pit. <br />2. Therefore, no reclamation has been performed to date and no reclamation was pertormed during <br />the preceding year. <br />3. No disturbance is anticipated to occur during the upcoming year, therefore no reclamation will be <br />pertormed during the upcoming year. <br />4. Since there are no plans to open the Allen Pit in the foreseeable future, Maverick Sand & Gravel <br />hereby requests that a potion of its $71,075 reclamation bond be released to reduce the financial <br />burden on the property. <br />5.
