Waldron / <br />Div. of Minerals and Geology <br />Dept. of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />APR 0 g ZOpy .~ <br />Division a/ Minerals entl CeoloBY <br />RE: Gumaer Placer/Objector standing. <br />Dear Tony, <br />I am pleased to inform your Office that the Gumaer Placer owners <br />have received written affirmation from the Ducommun Business <br />Trust ('DBT') that it agrees to provide a usable access to the <br />Gumaer property from the DBT (Alma Placer) property. <br />The remaining two issues with which I had concerns will, I am <br />confident, be resolved in good-faith/best-efforts manner when <br />DBT's planning regimen, still in-flux, is ultimately completed. <br />Withal, I respectfully request that your Office withdraws my <br />Objector standing from consideration during the May 26-27, 2004 <br />Board meeting re: AM - 01 to the Alma Placer permit. <br />Personally, Tony, I wish to thank you and your most attentive <br />colleagues/attendees during the recent April 5th meeting and, <br />indeed, for arranging that meeting with conscientious dispatch <br />and alacrity whilst staying within the bounds of 'Robert's <br />Rules'; a Herculean and dubious task at best with me in the <br />room. <br />Regar~ <br />Marc De Marco --~ <br />Copy: DBT <br />
