I am a certified professional engineer
in the State of Colorado with experience in the Eastern and
Western United States in the design, construction and operation
of sediment ponds, dams and slope stability analyses.
Site inspections were conducted on December 7 and 22, 1992. A
fine] inspection was conducted on April 22, 1993. Inspections and
measurements were conducted by myself and Mark Kerr. A precision
eye level, stadia rod and measuring tape were used to verify
elevations, slopes and dimensions. Additional work has been
completed so that the pond slopes are totalling 5:1 at any point
along the dam. Compaction tests were performed by GSI
Geotechnical Services of Denver, Colorado. Civil engineering
properties were also determined by GSI Geotechnical. All
appropriate reports are attached.
Sincerely yours,
~~ a~2.(.U-GCA2.t.
Greg Lewicki, P.E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
REGE1~1~~t
AUG 26 1993
Glvtslec~Ji tviuttra~: ~ ~,.,', .;!
