Lamm <br />Governor <br />Notice of Public Hearing <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby gives notice that it will <br />consider, at a public hearing at the time and place below specified, <br />a review of Notice of Violation No. C-84-077 issued to West Elk Coal Company <br />of P.O. Box 591, Somerset„Colorado for their Mt.
