This <br />proposal is based upon the information presented at the assessment conference held via telephone <br />conference call yesterday morning, October 13, 1999. Participating in that conference call <br />assessment conference in addition to you and me, was Dan Mathews of the Division staff. If you <br />agree with this proposal, please sign it and return it to our office as instmcted on the form. If you <br />disagree, we will fix the civil penalty and you may appeal that decision to the Board as outlined <br />in the reeulatioas:_ <br />A. Pendleton.
