Lor'q <br />Division Dnectnr <br />On May 24, 2000, the Mined Land Reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public Hearing, at the Division's <br />request to consider changing a due date in the ORDERS of NOTICE of VIOLATION No. MV-2000-009. The <br />Division requested that the Board change the due date for item 3 to July 27, 2000, to accommodate statutory and <br />regulatory time frames in the review and consideration of your pending 110 Limited Impact to a 112 Regular <br />Permit conversion application. As you know, the review period for your application was increased and the <br />consideration date extended due to adequacy issues related to your application. A revised Notice of Violation is <br />enclosed. <br />Also, an error in the suspended portion of the civil penalty was noticed. The revised Notice shows the cortect <br />amount.
