Lynch
305 NE 170th
Seattle, WA 98].55
Dear Dan:
You have no doubt received the letter by Greg Lewicki regarding the reclamation
done on your property under lease to me at the Anchor Tresner Coal Unit mine site.
We had hoped to delay this work until we were able to develop a full permit and
rehabilitate the existing entries. We were unable to obtain the delay from the Colorado
Mined Land Rcxlamation Board.
This premature reclamation will delay the project and add to the cost of start-up,
however, we fully intend to proceed with the project.
We cannot comment on the bond release requested until we have made a thorough
check on the ground of what has been done to the site.
As regards the cyclone fence, it was in very bad shape from neglect by American
Shield when we took the project back and you should probably request that it be removed.
As soon as I have inspected the site I will call you about the fence and you can
answer Mr. Lewicki.
Best regards to you, your mother and sister from Dee and me.
Sincerely,
,:
~~.
AGH/dh Alfred G.
