Sprague <br />Arkins Parkstone <br />5975 North County Road 27 <br />Loveland, Colorado 80537 <br />RE: Board Action at the December 18, 1985 Meeting of the Mined La d <br />Reclamation Board - Unpermitted Stone Quarry - Sec. 27 and 22 T6N, <br />R70W, La rimer County <br />Dear Mr. Bachli: <br />Action by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at their Decemb r 16, 1985 <br />meeting resulted in their issuing the enclosed Cease and Desist Ord r applying <br />to the operation described above. <br />The Cease and Desist Order requires an immediate cessation of minin at the <br />above described site.
