The recently approved bond rider increasing the bond to $242,488.00 includes <br />approximately $33,093.00 for the construction of the inlet structure. <br />4. The Reclamation Plan Map has been revised to show the wetland bench elevation <br />below the anticipated water level. <br />5. Exhibit C has been revised to show current Phase VI(proposed Phase V) acreage as <br />8.73. The affected boundary has been move to the original location and the mining <br />limit is shown at 150 feet from the ordinary high water line. <br />6. A Bond Rider increasing the bond to $242,488.00 was approved by the Division on <br />Januazy 23. 2006. <br />7.
