Long <br />Division Duetlor <br />The Division is extending the abatement date for Notice of <br />Violation C-95-004 from June 12, 1995 until July 12, 1995. This <br />extension is 30 days beyond the 90 days that is normally allowed to <br />complete outstanding abatements. However, it is the Division's <br />understanding that due to a late change in the ownership and <br />control structure at the Bowie Mine No. 1, the technical revision <br />that was required for abatement of NOV C-95-004 will not be <br />approved by June 12, 1995 because the public notice time period <br />will not have elapsed.
