Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Perdue, Permit No. M-2000-089 Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator Approval and Request <br />for Financial and Performance Warranties, SO-lt/ <br />Dear Mr. Vasquez Sr: <br />On March 1, 2006, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator <br />appiication submitted to the Division on December 15, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Transfer of Permit No. M-2000-089 from Randy Perdue to Ignacio Vasquez Sr. On your application form you <br />initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond prior to approval of the <br />transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $12,500.00.
