Cattany <br />I-IaXtUn, t.•~ 80731 Division Director <br />/ Natural Resource Trustee <br />/ <br />/ <br />Re: Sunny Dale Farvr Pit, Technical Revision Approval, Perm it No. M-199 0 9, Revision No. T <br />R <br />-1 <br />Deaz Ms. Koellner: <br />On December 31, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on December 13, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Wining to continue to the east, rather than the west, and maximum disturbed area increased from S acres to 25 <br />acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1998- <br />059. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1998-059 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $26,779.00 for the Sunny Dale Farm Pit, relative to the existing liability amount of <br />$5,000.00, exceeds-the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $21,779.00.
