On July 23, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Agile Stone Systans,
Inc. for this operation. Front Range Aggregates, LLC is now the permitted operator of the Parkdale Project, and as such,
is responsible for all provisions in M-1997-054, as well as those specified iu the Rules and Regulations.
Enclosed is American Marrufacturers Mutual lnstuance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. in the
amount of $276,700.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These were released as of the
July 23, 2004 Division appmval for the succession of operators. You should advise your insurance company of this release by
copy ofthis letter.
