<br />I Installat',on of the conveyor and piping crossing over the Pullen D itch shall require
<br />a written agreement with the Fulton Irrigating Ditch Company. No mining shall occur
<br />wlthln the XceI right -of -way, 65' of the Inside top east bank of the Fulton Ditch, or
<br />wlthln 200' of any XCell tower, East 104th Avenue, or Brighton Road, except by prior,
<br />written agreement with the owner of each structure, Any written agreement for any lesser
