We understand the reason for the request and <br />concur. <br />Please be aware, however, that the deadline for abatement of NOV <br />C-97-004 involving fill along Routt County Road 27 is still 30 May <br />1997. Clearly, TR-O5 must be received and approved prior to <br />initiation of construction activities, including the <br />aforementioned abatement action.
