Box 337231 <br />Greeley, CO 80633 <br />RE: Stegner Farms, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1999-021, Revision TR-004 <br />Dear Ms. Nickle Davis: <br />On November 1, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) approved the Technical Revision TR-004 <br />application submitted to the DMG on August 2, 2004. This approval of Technical Revision TR-004 provides <br />for the following: <br />Installation of a perimeter ground water drainage system and reconfiguration of land and pond <br />features. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 004 approved by the DMG aze hereby incorporated into PeFnut No. M- <br />1999-021.
