During our inspection of this site on
December 19, 2000 two problems were discovered (mining across a boundary and an
area where noxious weeds have become established). Both problems are addressed in this
proposed Technical Revision. During our phone conversation yesterday another problem
area was mentioned (a 30 foot wide Buffer Zone at the Permit boundary that had been
made obsolete by the permitting of an adjacent gravel mining pit by United Companies).
This issue has been addressed as well.
Thank you for your suggestions and help with this matter.
Sincerely,
Richard Johnson
Resource Manager
