Please be advised that on November 7, 2000, Cotter Corporation, whose address and telephone number are P.O.
Box 700, Nucla, CO 81424; [phone], submitted a request for partial reclamation responsibility release
for the Ike No 1 Mine, Permit No. M-1977-451. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at or near
Section 8, Township 43N, Range 19W, loth Prime Meridian, in San Miguel County.
Written comments of objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the
Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, [phone].
Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait 15 days after
the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections.
