Long <br />Division Director <br />Pittsburg, PA 15106 <br />RE: PENDING ENFORCEMENT ACTION -Siloam Pit <br />BMI-France/Colorado Refractories Corp./Permit No. M-77-326 <br />Dear Mr. Snook: <br />I have received your January 16, 1997 request to postpone the formal public <br />hearing for the Siloam Pit scheduled for the February 26-27, 1997 Board <br />Meeting. <br />Accordingly, the Division will schedule Adience, Inc., as well as Siloam Stone, <br />to appear before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) at the <br />March 26-27, 1997 Meeting in Denver.
