In those findings all <br />responses were found inappropriate. Following further review, the Division is <br />with this letter revising its response in regard to violations 2 and 3 of <br />3 included in the TDN and will issue Notices of Violation to Rockcastle Coal <br />Canpany for failure to examine all sedimentation ponds at the interval <br />approved by the Division ana failure to monitor ground water and conduct <br />surface water monitoring in a manner approved by the Division. <br />If you have any questions in this regard, p1 ease call . <br />Sincerely, <br />fem. <br />Steven G.
