3. That the Decedent maintained his business in partnership

undivided interest in and to said business for the use and benefit
of the Clair:.ant.

half undivided interest in and to the sand and gravel business of
the Decedent, includin; but not limited to all equipment and
accessories thereto, inventor}- of sand and gravel and real property
otaned and maintained by the Decedent for the use and benefit of
