This decision upheld
the issuance of the TDN and ordered a Federal inspection.
AFO conducted afollow-up Federal inspection on violation 2 of 2 of the TDN on
February 23, 1993, and at that time was provided with a copy of the certifications
for the structures addressed in violation 1 of 2. A review of the design and
certification documents indicates that a Federal follow-up inspection with regard to
violation 1 of 2 is not necessary at this time. If you have any questions regarding
this matter, please call Steve Rathbun or me at (505) 766-1486.
Sincerely,
Robert H. Hagen, Director
Albuquerque Field Office
