Wayne Tatman. Under the terms of the Milling Contract, we granted COM, Inc.
access to certain of our mining claims for the purpose of disposing of mill tailings in the
tailings pond and for storing water in the Hazel A, Wynona, and Time mines. COM, Inc. is
responsible for complying with all governmental permits, approvals, and regulations governing
its milling operations at the Gold Hill Mill. However, Mi Vida Enterprises will make every
possible effort to insure that our Co-Permittee, COM, Inc., complies with the Cease and
Desist Order issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on September 2i, 1994.
Very truly yours,
r ' `~~ :~.
Mark A.
