You also asked <br />whether. such a permittee could continue to mine and/or ship coal <br />after the date of permit. expiration until a final decision <br />regarding permit renewal ie made. Subsequently we discussed <br />whether a permittee could continue to mine after permit expira- <br />tion under the temporary relief provisions of the Regulations of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board For Coal Mining <br />(Regulations), 2 CCR 407-2, Section 2.07.6(d) if. the Division <br />issues a proposed decision regarding a renewal application prior <br />to permit expiration.
