Most of the site has been mined and the majority of the site <br />has been dewatered and mined dry. The depth of dewatering is <br />17 to 20 feet deep. <br />2. Mining has been accomplished with no reclamation of each <br />phase. <br />Tt>~e are specific violations of the Mining and ReGamation Pbn <br />submitted as part of fhe application for this mine: <br />Exhibit G, Page G-1 of the Mining Plan which states 'the <br />proposed mining operation would use wet mining techniques' <br />and 'the wet mining technique used will not draw the water table <br />down'. <br />Exhibit E, Page E-1 of the Mining Plan titled Reclamation Plan which <br />states 'The reclamation of the land will take place concurrently with <br />mining operatbns as phases ore completed' also 'Backfilling will <br />occur as each mining phase is completed'. <br />Exhibit D, Page D-1 of the Mining Plan which stateS'Mining of the <br />M&G Pit will be done in five phases (See Exhibit C)', 'Reclamation <br />of ail phases will be done contemporaneously with the mining.' <br />and 'Once mining is completed in each phase, reclamation wit{ <br />begin immediatetY. <br />C O U N T Y, <br />E~OAJiD OF COISNPr FLAME T.
