Duration is from inspection date until present (6/20/96 to 8/28/96), 69 <br />days. <br />SERIOUSNESS <br />Offsite damage: The offsite damage consists of placement of a portion of a <br />processed gravel stockpile on the pasture adjoining the permit area. <br />HISTORY OF VIOLATIONS IN PAST TWELVE A10NTHS <br />Any outstanding corrective actions or unpaid civil penalties?
