Cattany <br />Acing Division Director <br />On September 18, 2002 the Division of Minerals & Geology withdrew the pending <br />enforcement action scheduled before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board. The <br />withdrawal was based on written correspondence received from the Office of the State <br />Engineer which verifies compliance with their water permitting requirements.
