The Board ruled that these r=_quests r'or reconsideration will only be considered if the remainder of the civil penalty is submitted to the State Treasurer within 20 davs of the June 25, 1442 hearing. If the remainder of the civil penalty is r2ceiveq by the State Treasurer by that date, the requests for reconsiderat'on can be heard by the Board at the August Board meetings.
