During much of the time from then until now, the <br /> pit operation has remained under the name of Cowan Concrete <br /> Products, Inc. The pit will now be operated under the name of <br /> Mobile Premix, Inc . <br /> Technical revisions to the mining and reclamation plans are <br /> attached. We believe the revisions will make the plans more <br /> viable. Because of these revisions, it is our opinion that a <br /> change in the amount of surety is in order. After the Board has <br /> approved the technical revisions , set the new bond amount and <br /> approved the name change, Mobile Premix, Inc. will submit the <br /> additional bond as soon as possible. <br /> Wi.`h this letter we are also submitting an Annual Report to <br /> cover the two report periods October 1979 and October 1980 .
