Please note that <br />abatement step #3 for CV-2001-007 was changed from August l to July 19, to keep within the <br />90 day limitation. Abatement step #2 for CV-2001-008 was extended to July 19, 2001 as well. <br />Abatement step # 2 for NOV CV-2001-007 was abated on May 9, 2001 with the submittal of <br />MR-58.
